On March 11, 2022, we received an inquiry for non-standard products from a new Chinese state-owned enterprise customer.

Affected by the epidemic, the two sides can only discuss solutions online. After a day's discussion, engineers from both sides confirmed the preliminary scheme plan and agreed to provide drawings before next Tuesday.

In order to ensure the timely delivery of drawings, BW sales director Mr.Tang and the technical team brainstormed the customer's needs and the actual situation on site. Everyone in the meeting room put forward at least five ideas about the design of the scheme. After a four-hour meeting from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m., the assignment was finally completed.

The next step is to work hard for the technical engineer to prepare the scheme drawing and ensure that it can be provided to the customer for review within 24 hours.
