Weekly regular raw material inspection, production process inspection and pre delivery inspection.

At 2 p.m. on March 16, 2022, the quality inspection engineer conducted a detailed inspection of raw materials, production equipment and equipment to be delivered.

1. Check in detail whether the indexes of the steel plate newly entered today meet the Q235B international standard.

2. Work with the production team leader to check whether the steel structure of the finished crane is bent and whether the size is consistent with the drawing.

3. Check whether the total thickness of three layers of paint per square meter of the crane to be delivered reaches 100u through the paint thickness gauge.

3. After the inspection, prepare the product nameplate and carefully check the factory data of the crane (certificate of conformity, operation manual, certificate, etc.)
